Attorney McNeil is a fourth-generation graduate of The University of Michigan and graduated from Wayne State University School of Law. He has practiced with his father, opening McNeil & McNeil PLC and learned from his father’s many years of experience. William McNeil is a former prosecutor, where he prosecuted drunk driving cases and supervised police officers and authorized charges.
