Students at GVSU need to be aware that Judge Post is once again offering the diversion program. However, he is not informing students about this at the initial arraignment. The requirements to even be considered eligible for the program are intense and require an attorney to navigate all of the paperwork. In addition, Judge Post does not automatically give the diversion program, even if you have completed all the necessary requirements.
